How likely is to get permanently banned an IG account

After my bad experience of today (one account permanently banned) I would like to ask for some advice for the future.

How likely is to lose an account by only using Instagress? This only happens in recently added accounts (less than a week) or it happens always with all type of accounts? I do have an account of almost 4 years old. How likely is that they permanently ban this account? Should password resets, phone verifications and all that come before happening I guess? If you keep using Instagress how likely is to have an old account banned forever?

Also how old an account should be to not have it deleted after the phone verification? or not banned straight away...?

They're could be many factors why you lost the account. Chances are you didn't warm up the account properly.

They're moving quickly to get commercial-looking posts to pay in IG. There'll probably be several crackdowns on the course to turning IG into an FB ads outlet.

I am very intrested in that topic. What happened ? You used instagress and get quickly banned ?
