How likely is it that my page gets suspended/banned?

So I'm about to start a page and I thought of a giveaway to speed up growth.
I believe if I ask people to share my post, tag friends and like my page, my page will grow fast. Now I'm aware that's against the ToS.

My question is: how likely is it that FB finds out? And if they do, how bad is it? Will my account get suspended?

I haven't heard of many pages getting suspended for giveaway TOS violations but I find you do have to monitor the comments closely because one educated commenter will start everyone complaining and that will be a distraction from whatever you want them to be doing

Giveaways are a great way to gain followers on Facebook. Try and market your giveaways so people interact with your post. For instance, if you were a cosmetic company giving away a make-up set, you might want to ask people to share their beauty tips as their 'entry' for the competition. You can ask them to tag a friend they may want to share their prize with, or nominate a friend they're like to win.

Giveaways and competitions are about social engagement so it would be a great idea to create a community from them. I hope that helps!
