The administrator of this site is giving away links to WSO and DP purchased sites

My question is....

1) Is it legal posting just links that you find on the net and spitting it back out?

2) Is it legal selling memberships for other links that are available on the internet e.g. rapidshare, mediafire as this guy on dpdollar is doing

illegal almost everywhere, but some offshore jurisdictions do not enforce intellectual property laws
