How is Yelp doing this?

    In virtually every Local SEO market Yelp listings are on top, for almost all keywords u can think of... Look at image below, they have a unqiue description pulling a wikipedia citation comign from a small triangle drop down... see it? How can i do that? rich snippets maybe? Me ranking local sites against this seems impossible... Anyone got a solid game plan to go against Yelp? Just build a directory and start a call center?

    You can't get that small triangle next to your listing unless Google decides you deserve it. Just like the first green triangle that displays 'cache' and 'similar sites' links in a drop down, the other triangle that displays business information when clicked is also auto-generated.
