Well why would they need you to be signed in to answer that poll ? They can still get feedback from normal people who might not be signed in all the time. I doubt most are what i have seen some people using their computers. Even then i bet they know who you are if you have not taken some precautions to that.

I use multiple ip addresses. I don't fuck with google chrome. Only use mozilla firefox.
And i clean out cookies on a daily or weekly basis. I do get the message your saying though.
Fucking Google smh.
