I am trying to rank for 1 main keyword and 7 other keyword.

I have hit my home page with an exact match anchor from a manually built web 2.0 which is my main keyword.

One of my other keyword is on page 2 atm. I plan to hit it with a exact match anchor text of the keyword I'm trying to rank for on that page. I plan to do this with every keyword.

Remember, every page is targeting a different keyword. I'll be using the keyword that particular page is targeting as the anchor text. So it'll look like this.

Page targeting main keyword : Anchor text "Main keyword"
Page targeting keyword 2 : Anchor text "Keyword 2"
Page targeting keyword 3 : Anchor text "Keyword 3"
    and so on..

Will I get penalized because of this ? I know exact match anchors should be used carefully. So I'm using just 1 for each page.
Does Google take into account the exact match anchors used for the entire site or does it take into account just the page it is targeting ?

    Thank you

IMO, it should be OK to use exact match in different pages targeting different keywords - KW1, KW2, KW3. Just ensure that you don't go overboard and increase the keyword density for the exact match. Keep it natural and include other relevant keywords including long tail related search.
