Not too sure I understand your question fully but I take it you're looking at being an eBay affiliate to monetize your sites?

eBay used to be REALLY good but I heard that it's gone down hill since they changed their payment structure and introduced that stupid quality traffic thing.

I used to make a fortune with eBay but they have lost the plot in an attempt to raise their game. eBay screw everyone who uses their site, unless you're a buyer, but if you're an affiliate or seller then expect to be shit on from a great height for no reason and without warning.

So eBay change the rule for seller recently? What kind or restriction do they have now?

shezboy is 100% right. I had few eBay affiliate sites and was doing good. Since they changed the way they pay, it is gone down hill

They don't tell you how they calculate Quality Traffic Clicks. So you could send 1000 clicks and still get no pay. OR you can send 100 clicks and get paid. It depends on the click i.e. after first click did the person buy and how much. Adsense is bit simple.

I don't understand eBay's policies any more. They are making harder & harder for sellers & affiliate. They need to look at Amazon model.

    Thanks

Yes that is true, I was looking to start eBay's affiliated program, but after reading the information about how they calculate 'quality traffic clicks' it done my head in, and so I didn't bother joining.
