i know this is something seems naïve but how do i create backlinks through pdfs and how can i get the most out of it

They are pretty useless nowadays, dont waste time on them.

I have seen some parasites ranking as pdf in some niches like in aws or something. If you could rank then you could have a direct benefits.
If you cann't rank then you are getting link variations which google likes as well.

They're usually used as parasites rather than backlink sources, but you can technically embed hypertext links into pdf texts, which used to show up as proper html links when we had access to Google's cache: search modifier. I don't think I've actually seen any studies where ranking is attempted using only links in pdfs as a backlink source. Might be worth experimenting with.

You can get a backlink by adding a link to your site in the PDF and uploading it to public sites like SlideShare, Scribd, Issuu.

These pdf backlinks are pretty much dead move on
