Wishing you more success for 2019! Great WIN Story!
Wow awesome post op
Great read and I love your mindset in this. Despite being an entrepreneur for 10 years got some great insights for my upcoming projects (and increased the product price from 29$ to 59$ hehe).
Excellent thread, really inspiring. Tons of useful infos given,
Inspiring thread. Well done OP !
Typical of how most enterpreneurs start their journeys... Inspirational nonetheless.
Very inspirational! I just did keyword research for this in my country/city! Thanks! I am going to give thi a damn try!
Thanks for sharing this. It shows how all businesses usually start. You're only going to get better with time, but it seems like you've came a long way. Yes this is off-line money, but I too have thought about starting a cleaning service. Previous ones I've used, are very ancient in their tech. Only taking cash, etc. I've only come across ONE company that has a chat system on their website. They also have email marketing, and reminders via email/text on the cleaning. Couple that with a CRM and you're really revolutionizing a time tested industry.
This should open the eyes of many on here. If you find a service that is still doing things like it's 1980, you can and WILL be more succesfull if you put the right systems in place and the hard work. Customers do not think nor act as they did even 10 years ago. Think Facebook leads, Instagram, chat on your website, CRM to ensure customer success and reducing churn of customers.
Very good stuff man.
great story, bookmarked
Question, what was the profit on the 155k rev this year. Basically what is your margin?
