Great success post and congrats to you bud
yes i agree with your point, but i knew i can able to find the buyers. so didnt think to go for middle men.Great story mate, really happy for you. This year I sold one of my websites myself for a nice chunk of cash, but I used a broker, and although I paid a commission it was worth it because the price they got me for the site was a lot higher than anything I could have received on my own and they took care of the whole process, including making sure payment and everything went smoothly.
You actually got a great price based on your monthly profits, but with a broker you could have probably gotten an extra $1,000 - $2,000 after commissions, so consider using one for future deals. Happy new year!
1) Improve your DA fastHi, very happy for you that you were able to pay off your debts. I am also looking to make a multi niche blog because I can't seem to find just one particular niche that I know much about. And just like you, I am a little short on money and cannot afford to buy a lot of stuff or hire writers atm. Can you give me advice on what I should do and what I shouldn't do. Thanks
ya its all depend on how you are going to scale up further, if you can with more investment than go ahead and keep it. But if you are not able spend much on it, try selling it and make good money, invest in new blog, and keep the rest of it.
If my all traffic comes from social, anyone will buy it for high price?
Sorry, do you mind if I ask couple more questions? Great journey.
- Was that $300-$400 only through Adsense? Or did you monetise in different ways?
- How long was each blog on average? I'm interested especially in the one with 500 blogs - how many words altogether?
where u sold ur website?
Cheers
Yes i have tried all those website flipping platforms like flippa, but not worked at all, and tried 1kprojects.com but found its a junk site. So i decide to promote with social media groups, thats where i found my buyer. He was genuine and agreed to my price. So before putting it in to sites like flippa , empire flippers, try by yourself finding the buyer in Facebook groups and Some slack communities as well. it will save your cost much more.
I suggest you work on it. See if you can scale up current revenue per month.Congrats man. I have a blog that makes around 300-400 USD per month from Adsense. But I am still confused as to whether work on it or sell it. I am considering empireflippers to sell it if I decide to go that way.
sure, you can ask any help you need.Interesting topic and guide hope to see more as it really helps. Thanks..
Thanks mate, you are great business man. Two questions, please?
Did you use WP or blogger? and did you buy a domain name for each one of them?
how did you earn that much with not so much traffic.
Luck may PLAYED a little, but most important thing is, i was consistent and doesn't worried what others did.Congratulation on your success I believe you can make it more! luck guy .
