How I signed another $799 month contract in 48 hours.

I got the idea from 7878 method. Basically a landing page with a choice of leaving a bad or good review. If they leave a bad review it goes straight to email. If they want to leave a good review it goes to review sites.
How do you integrate that with yelp? Most of the time yelp is used for reviews of local restaurants, and their reviews are looked at first.

Awesome idea I love the soft sales approach, definitely lowers the anxiety a bit. Hopefully I won't completely f*** it up trying it myself as I'm a pretty bad at chatting up people haha...

Great story Simon. I need to brush up on Google Local and start pitching more local clients like this. Trouble is I almost always eat at home! Would work well for other local providers too... dentist, plumber, etc. Always worth striking up a conversation by saying that you plan on leaving a good review. It's a nice ice-breaker and something the owner knows is valuable.

Could someone please tell me what Simon means by review portal? I'm just not quite sure what he means since I thought they were like yelp and stuff but in the short version in the OP he says
"Ask if they are on Google plus, yelp ,etc
Tell them about review portals and online reputation"

So what does he mean?
