I have run an image editing business want to promote to get clients. All we know SEO is a long process. So I want to do something which boosts my sales. Anyone can give some ideas what I do?

you can promote on social media with ads, like fb ads. also google adwords. or share your service ad on social groups like fb,whatsapp, etc

Is your business set up properly?
Meaning, you have a website, PLUS, you are on all of the pertinent Social Media platforms?
Due to the nature of your business, you MUST:
(a). Have a bangin portfolio; not just a few PICS. You need enough images to place a couple dozen (different ones) on each platform.
(b). You need to be on the popular image viewing/sharing websites for exposure, brand building and SEO
(c). You need to be on the prominent freelance and outsourcing sites
(d). When your portfolio is bangin, start running test paid ads on Facebook/Instagram, and ramp it up from there.

Depending on how much you are charging you can try PPC , Facebook ads. From my experience if you charge less then 50 USD for one client your PPC ROI will go negative. So at about 50 USD spend you should be able to acquire a client and sell you break even service and then make money by upselling your main service.
