When I first started, handling 5 ad accounts already felt overwhelming. But once I crossed 30–50 accounts (mix of affiliate and agency clients), I realized the real challenge wasn’t running ads — it was how to properly manage multi accounts without creating chaos.
Here’s the workflow that’s been working for me.
As you scale, organization becomes more important than any trick or “hack.” I follow a strict rule: one ad account per isolated browser profile. No sharing environments, no mixing logins. Every client or offer has its own clearly named setup so the team knows exactly what belongs where. This alone reduced mistakes by a lot.
The second big improvement came from using an antidetect browser instead of regular Chrome. When you’re switching between dozens of accounts daily, standard browsers become messy very quickly.
I’ve tested several tools like Multilogin and AdsPower. Recently, I’ve been using Hidemium for most of my accounts. For my type of workflow (affiliate scaling + small team collaboration), it feels more practical.
What I personally like about Hidemium:
Another thing that helped a lot: separating responsibilities.
One person handles account setup.
One focuses on launching and optimization.
One monitors compliance and policy issues.
This reduces internal mistakes, which honestly cause more damage than platform detection sometimes.
At scale, safety comes from structure, not luck.
Clean creatives, proper landing pages, consistent setups, and isolated profiles.
Tools are just support. Workflow is everything.
Curious how others here are managing 20+ or 50+ accounts.
