sillywalks, when you say you have made $240 with one video, do you mean per month, pay day or all time??

You can use Analytics within YouTube to see which of your videos have most monetized content, and which videos have highest paying ads, so you can try customize new videos towards the same topics and keywords, as well as focus your time on best paying videos.

Sometimes a video may have for example 10 000 views, but only 5 000 monetized views, and earnings of $100 - while other times a video with 10 000 views may have 9 000 monetized views but an earning of only $50. Thus, it would obviously be more of your interest to increase popularity and views of video 1 with $100 earnings yet less monetized views, instead of the video 2 with more monetized views but an earning of only $50 for same amount total views. All those statistics are available inside YouTube via the Analytics (available in your channel page when logged in)

Obviously, some topics will give you more adsense earnings than others, so try around, test a few different niches, and see which ones are most rewarding, then focus on those.

As a more direct example, I have one video now with 75 000 views and only $190 in earnings, and another video with only 15 000 views and $240 in earnings. Obviously I will focus on getting more views on the higher paying video with only 15 000 views, and try to make it go virals.

Always check what videos gives you most $ per view - then blast that video out to the public to get more views and cash. Use the link sites I recommended, and use forums. Use the tools I recommended. It WILL boost your income!

As another example, I put my Tube Toolbox into action for a few hours yesterday, added around 400 contacts in youtube with it, and I also posted a couple videos on the link sites (Digg and Stumbleupon) along with a favorite high-traffic Forum (where my video got pinned, which they get all the time and thus exposed to LARGE amounts of viewers). Doing that have already made me make $100 more today than my daily average, and the day just started here

You can add more users in your Adsense that you can connect with other emails.

Here are the instructions from https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2659101?hl=en

To give access to your account:

Sign in to your AdSense account.
Click the gear icon

and select Settings.
In the sidebar, click Access and authorization and select User management.
In the field provided, enter the email address of the user you want to share your account with, then click Invite.
The user is added to the "Users with sign-in access" table with the status "pending."
Once the user has accepted your email invitation by clicking the link in the email and associating their Google Account with the AdSense account listed in the invitation, their "pending" status will disappear from the "Users with sign-in access" table.
Whilst you can't assign an access level to a user in the email, you can change a user's access level at any time.

So, just create channels with other emails, and add those emails into your adsense, and you can monetize those accounts in youtube with the same adsense account.

Be careful as I mentioned above, first build your youtube channels and let them rest for a while keeping them inactive (meaning do not add more videos once they are getting many views) before and after adding them to your Adsense.

Personally I had some positive surprises in some of my channels, basically I completely forgot about them and about a year later logged in and found they had exploded in popularity on their own, without me doing anything. Then I added them into my adsense to reap from that.

First of all I would like to THANKYOU for sharing goldmine with us I was looking for this kind of method to monetize other's videos like I used to see many people having monetized videos of Football and TV Shows but after so long time I found your great method to do that but there is a problem that I'm facing because Youtube is changed enough and while importing any videos they are asking for 90% Commercial rights to monetize that video or maybe I'm doing some mistake anyhow I'm facing this issue

UPDATE - 2014 REVISION:

I have just spent some hours updating my guide and adding methods I am currently using today in my system. There is some great new additions that can give you lots of extra income!

Added is also a part on how to completely automate a Wordpress blog, which also posts material automatically to Twitter, Facebook and Stumbleupon all on its own! This is a great type of site to create and connect with your Youtube channel, giving you more exposure and views, making sure everything stays active even when you are sleeping, and of course it also gives you more income.

Hey man, I have a question. You mentioned you only add like 5 vids a day to keep your channel safe. If I only want to monetize with affliate links instead of adsense, do you think I can add like 50 vids a day? is that safe?
