For ringtones, this is what I did:
I got prepaid cell phone sim cards off ebay for approx 2 or 3 bux a piece off ebay and put them in my phone. Filled out the ringtone app myself and got my cut 10~15 a pop. I averaged about 9 bux net profit on each subscription. I did this in addition to my normal whitehat marketing and to make the ctr believable, I bought cheap interstitial traffic, that had adsense and iframed this offer.

I wouldn't waste your time with it if it didn't. I canNOT drive all the maserati's myself. Greed is not good, ever.

this actually sounds pretty brilliant... unless they have some kind of fancy pants tracking that shows them it's coming from the same phone

Sounds really nice, for the ones outside the USA, what would you recommend? is outsourcing it a good option?

Try to twist it to work for you if you are outside of the u.s. Sorry, I am just not familiar and don't want to give you advice that I know myself isn't true

Interesting concept!
I do not use a phone with sims, do you suggest getting a prepaid phone that can take sims?

If so, what carrier is good to use?

Thanks in advance.

Yea, get a crap phone on ebay for like 10 bux. You can thank me with the thanks button.

This is genius!

If I buy a phone and an American prepaid sim from ebay, and use it to the offers from here, outside usa, will it show as USA lead?

This is good till the advertiser see that you have multiple failed billing attempts for your leads.

2 years, not even a single email from any network. Remember, greed is evil. Noone notices anything if you don't give them a reason.

how did you fill out the information when you orginally filled out the offer were they ask for the phone number, i mean did'nt you have IP issues, cookies and real names and emails to worry about?

Which network tracks ip's? Who has time for that? I make approximately 2380 from ringtone offers and from that, maybe 500 of it is bogus everymonth.;)

sounds good..but for now, i have to think for a twist because im outside US :(

hey hogatoga, can you tell me which network you are using, if you dont want to put it on in public can you pm it to me

I am using azoogle ringtone offer flycell, try an catch me if you can azoogle. LOL you're welcome.

Um... all of them? And if you were really doing this, you'd know because you would have been busted by now.

I'm not saying this won't work, or that you should/shouldn't do it.

But if you haven't even tried to cover your tracks, you're in for some trouble.

the one smart thing you've said is that you only do about $500 a month with the bogus traffic. If you've gotten away with it, especially with only one network, it's because you're sending just enough real traffic that they've decided not to ban you.

I'd put money on the fact that your am knows what you're doing and is allowing you to get away with it, whether they've told you so or not.

So basically what you've now done is made yourself into your affiliate manager's bitch because s/he can pull the plug on your sweet little system at any time. Expect to get a phone call or email soon saying, "Hey, it would be really helpful if I made an extra $500 a month or so. And a real shame if your account got banned and your name spread to every other network running ringtone offers."

Just my $.02

Thanks for the heads up, but I don't care if I get banned. I have multiple streams of income. Everyone should. I don't rely on one thing to make me money. What is 2000 bucks? Chump change. We should all work together. We are stronger than we think. . .

yea sounds like a good idea. if you get banned... just move to another ring tone site.. they prolly do not talk to each other.. can't picture them tryiong to help their competeition.. lol..

company 1: hi i would just like to inform you that user123 is spammimg and taking my money. be advised he may try to take your money. I would like to make you a stronger company than me, so im not going to let them steal your money.

company2: thank you.. i will be sure to ban them, make more money than you, then wipe your company out...

lmao.. jus a thought

Besides coming from the same phone, what about filling out the offers from the SAME IP....
