Hello everyone and thanks for reading this post and I hope everything is going well to all of my fellow Black Hatters. So, before getting into this I want to mention that I've always been a fan of combining online and offline techniques to earn money as it has always proven to be an effective way to make money for me. I'm not by any means saying that using strictly online techniques don't work as they do though I like to be on the fence as I can work both sides instead of one so this is the way I prefer to operate. So, lets get into how I earned $5,470 over the past 14 days with my only investment being about 10 hours of my time (1 Full Day Of Work).

So, just like I do before starting any of my projects, I brainstorm on different methods and services that could be offered and sold to others and then make a plan on how to market this service so that I can reach my target audience. After a couple of hours of getting a plan on paper, I decided to target my Local market so when I contact a buyer or vise versa, the customer(s) will feel more comfortable working with me as I'm local and not someone who's far away in another state or country. Making a potential customer feel comfortable with you and making them trust in you and your service(s) is key to them working with you and letting your client(s) know that you're there when they need you and that you're not going anywhere will greatly increase your sales & profit.

So, to start you need to simply pick a type of business that you want to work with. For example you can choose a Restaurant, a Daycare Center, a Law Firm or even a Mobile Dog Grooming Company (Just Ideas). In my case I chose Restaurants as Restaurant owners depend on good reviews to stay in business and many Restaurant owners suffer from having bad reviews online. As most of us know, a happy customer will not leave a review while an unhappy customer will and being in a business that depends on good positive reviews will help you to make a lot more sales and targeting Restaurants I feel would be a great start for those who are wanting to follow what I've done.

So, after I decided to work with Restaurants, I built a simple 5 page website with my main page being the sales page and then an About Us, Contact Us and the usual pages that you have on a site. Since the site I have wasn't really built to make sales but more so up for reputation purposes when a customer asks for one, I didn't put a ton of time into creating it. Something simple, short, sweet & to the point is all you'll need. Okay, so here's the important part of this whole process: Sales Letters! Once I chose to target Restaurants, I gathered a list of roughly 350 local Restaurants (Local Meaning Within 35 Miles From Me) including their address. I then wrote up a sales letter and described the 2 different packages that I had available which were priced at $199 & $399. The services that were being offered within each package were services that are being offered on Fiverr (i.e. Facebook Fan Page Likes, Online Positive Reviews, CraigsList Postings). I gathered a list of various Fiverr Gigs that offered any type of online promotion and reviews and created two separate packages from these. All together, the $199 package costs me $20 to fulfill and the $399 package costs me $40 to fulfill so there's a large profit margin.

Now, I mentioned above the I wrote a sales letter. This sales letter was written with the intentions of reaching the owner of each restaurant and then convincing them to purchase one of my packages. So that others can see what I sent out to the Restaurants, here is a copy of my sales letter/pitch:

Sales Letter That I Created & Sent

That's it everyone! :) This is the sales letter that I sent out to over 300 Restaurants and within 14 days of sending them all out, I've had interest from a multitude of different restaurants, I mean, for a minimum of $199, they can't afford to NOT try it! :) In total I've sold a total of 8 $199 packages and 12 $399 packages resulting in $6,380 in sales with $5,740 of that being profit. The only other expense was printing that many letters and then the stamps to send them out though these costs are nominal when considering the return on the investment. As I always say, when looking for ways to make money, think outside of the box and be creative. I'm a strong and firm believer in finding needs and wants that consumers or business owners want and finding a way to provide that need whether it be a product or service and making a profit on it and with this idea and already proven method, anybody who puts this in action will be successful. An investment of $199 or $399 is nothing to a business and if you can get your service(s) in front of enough businesses with a compelling sales letter, I have no doubt that you can be successful with this as well.

I'll be answering any questions or comments that you may have below and will be here to help anyone who's looking to try this for themselves. I know this was a long post but just wanted to share a quick yet effective way of making money quickly and I hope you've enjoyed reading this and hope it helps those who have been looking for additional ways to bring in additional income.

    To your success!

    Veyron

I wasn't sure about the "build of the website" part. Are you saying you bought fiveer gigs - to do what? Did you actually have orders to build websites for these restaurants? If so, whos going to do the work and how about hosting services? What form of payment did you accept? Checks, Paypal, credit cards? How did you get paid? Were you able to get those fiveer gigs to complete the jobs within a reasonable amount of time?

No, I'm not building websites what I'm doing is I'm taking Fiverr Gigs that offer some type of online promotional services whether it be Craigs List Posts or Positive Online Reviews and then combining these with other Fiverr Gigs like Facebook Fans and then putting them together into packages and up selling them to the restaurants. The sellers on Fiverr are fulfilling the work so it's 100% outsourced and just about 100% profit. :)

IC, but do restaurant owners really know what a fan page is and can they appreciate something like that without a huge 2 page explanation of what it is and how it would benefit them?

Normal mail as it's more professional and you get a better response rate and usually a higher level of interest compared to sending emails.

No I'm not familiar with 7878 nor his method. Was he doing mail outs with sale letters as well? It's a profitable way to sell service(s) and when done right can be lucrative in the long run as well. I use to up sell SEO services quite a bit in the past and it proved to do well as well. There's a lot of great services that you can up sell it's just a matter of finding your target audience, pitching them a compelling story and selling it to them. Of course the service has to be of good quality so make your if you're outsourcing to only use a reputable and dependable provider.

Do they know that some of the services are illegitimate? Like for example, do they know that the likes/followers you are getting their social media pages are mostly fake profiles? Or do they know and not care?

Also, where do you get your list of restaurants from? Yellowpages? Yelp?

Congratulation! A professional sales letter like that will make people willing to opt in your packages. In this information era, I am sure every business will want their business getting exposed in the internet world. You might need more micro-worker to handle more order in the future :)

Thats a great technique! I really need to learn how to send offline mailers to businesses. You recommend any tips on how to do so?

Also, whats stopping you from simply mailing thousands of businesses? That sounds like it doesn't have to be geo specific.

Very Good Job. I suggest that everyone who tries this add their own twist to this. For example you need to find ways to get into certain local circles, increase your chances of a sale by like 1000%. Won't tell you how break into these circles yet, that's for you to figure out.

How many hours did it take you to hand write each and every address (350)? Did you put a return address on the envelope and how many were undeliverable? This is important because this would take you hours and it would not be something I would like to do myself. :) Not to mention, making each letter look personal by adding their name in the letter somewhere in the body. How did you mange to place the restaurant name in each letter? Did you have enough saliva at the end of the day for 350 stamps? Wow, that's a huge amount of work.

You can buy label paper and print out the addresses on them, and then just pull the stickers off and onto the envelopes

Spend some of that money on a good lawyer's retainer.

What you are doing is called fraud. Unless you are telling them that they are buying fake reviews, likes and such, you are going to get sued.

The second someone's business reputation tanks because you did this they are going to be out for blood.
