Hey guys, I felt like sharing to the community so here we go! Very simple method, involving communication and some common sense. I contacted several independent businesses around my area and asked them "Hi, I'm Nick, owner of OMGWTFRANDOMLOLZ=P, an advertising company. Who am I speaking with?" "Hi, you're speaking with manager/owner/assistant, John." "Oh great, John. Listen, I'll make this quick. We are looking for local companies like yours that would like more exposure in their local community. We simply need approval over the phone and a quick conversation with the owner over it. We are a bit picky and particular but your company fits the mix we believe." "Oh man, really?" At this point they're hooked. "Yes, given the population of (city), we estimate around 2,000 might see your business per day, locally. We charge very little and we do all the work. But we have limited spaces. If you want, I can come over and show you. I'm free today, is (time) ok with you?" "Around noon I'm free. How much does it cost?" "$800 and the includes 2 month commitment, but we handle all the sign development and we handpick our channel of advertisement. I'll explain when I'm over there." "Ok, no problem!" Rinse and repeat 4 times!!!! Then post an ad on Craigslist and say "We are OMFGLOLZXDPOOPZ and we are loooking to hire active daily drivers with nice cars. You'll be paid on a monthly basis to advertise companies with your car. Depending on your distance and car, we can pay up to $40 per week. Call Nick at 555-POOP-OMFG. Only serious inquiries. Car models 2006 or more recent will have more consideration. Thank you." Then you Google a local company that can do magnetic stickers for car and simply place the companies website or name over it. Nothing fancy, just something that catches people attention and isn't crap. Then, by now you should be getting phone calls from people interested in the CG gig. Some will be starving for even $50 a week(thanks to the economy)! It's pretty self explanatory afterwards. But you pay the gig-doers at the end of the month with a check. You can do this as many times as you want! I suggest you to verify the gig-doers by asking them to provide a receipt of a store from wherever they drive to daily (ex. Wendy's) and proof of their residence (ex. utility bill). Very easy. The farther the better. 500 miles per week is fine. I made plenty! I'm doing it again!!!!! =D Some of you think I'm full of poop. For those who think so, I'm sorry you feel that way. Feel free to flag the post, I don't lose anything. For those who want to learn something, read on for more details: 1. It's not a bumper sticker. It's a magnetic advertisement that you slap on the driver/passenger door of the car. You can google these. 2. Business owners pay anywhere from $200 to $400 per month (no more than $99/week. Sounds better doesn't it?). I make them pay upfront 2 months so the investment on the advertisement is worth the time. 3. I must've not been clear enough. If I wasn't, I'm sorry. You put several(no more than 5) advertisements on the magnet/advertisement. They don't mind, as long as it's visible. 4. Depending on the car driver, you can pay them anywhere from $20/week to $50/week. It's up to you. 5. There are legitimate businesses doing this in the US and UK, not sure about Canada and Europe. They pay normal daily drivers to allow slapped advertisements on their car. Google it. 6. I did walk into a few businesses (small car dealers) and they were pretty enthralled over it. Dentists and physicians didn't want to listen. Restaurants were hit and miss. However, I noticed businesses with catering had more interest (managers asked more questions). Mechanics didn't mind listening, I signed up a few. 7. Ok, about the cold call. Only 1 call was like that and it was near me. Yes, some did hang up and some just said NO. Either way, some conversations went differently (duh) to something like "Hi, I'm so-and-so, a local advertising company. We saw one of your ads and we think ours is more cost-effective by the day. We can lower your cost, bc we know TV/magazine/etc isn't as effective/can be expensive." Makes sense? There you go. I'm just in my late teens trying to save up for college. For those who want to call me clown/troll/etc, just report the post and enjoy your day. I don't make a penny posting this. I simply took my time to do it. If I came off as an asshole/liar/troll, sorry. Oh, one more thing: That dice trick won't work on this!!!! hahaha, are you kidding me?
