    Ok
My Question Is How to get views from suggestive videos and how many views are required to become my video in suggestive videos?

There is no secret number. As long as you are getting traction and all the good signal without YT help, that's enough for YT to determine that your content is valued and need to be pushed across their platform.

Anyone can join any network, none of these are secret to no one. Every network has different standards and requirements to join. Unless you have connections within the network, there is no other way to get but apply.

As you can see out of 33k views, only 1300 views were monetizable at a $1.60 CPM. Since you only get 55%, your real cpm is $0.88. So that is 1300 / 1000 = 1.3 x 0.88 = $1.14

You CPM is determined by the following:

Country and type of ads that appear in your videos.

India is one of many low CPM countries and the ads that appear will be up to the Advertisers.

Why were only 1300 views monetizable?
I am not sure about the source of your traffic but I will list the most common ones:

    - You bought views
    - The viewers had adblocker
    - They didn't get an AD on the video because of the country (not all countries have as many ads as other countries such as USA)
    - Viewers skips the ads (if allowed)

A view is monetizable as soon as a viewer has seen and sit through at least ONE AD.

Your question was not clear and they way you asked you made it sound like If I have found an MCN network to work with to get you in.

I do not own an MCN network, I only have channels of my own and have no intention of opening one anytime soon. When I do, I will gladly open my doors to work with other creators and might just do that with SchoolTube

Yes, Vegas is one of many editors I use.

No, you can't. The only monetization settings you have will be available in each video you upload. There is a monetization tab which feature changes depending if you are partened directly with google or an MCN

Great thread and thanks for taking the time to answer all of our questions.

How would you go about if you had a compilation/top 10/reaction channel with 71k subs? Started in late October and we have had a few videos blowing up with 3+ million views.
However lately we have been struggling in getting any videos above even 10-20k views. At the same time similar channels to us with less subscribers rake in 50k+ views for new
videos every day with the exact same videos. Something that has struck me is that A LOT of these channels have these "Amazon Gift Card Giveaway, like, comment, subscribe!"
The channels that do that get sooooo many views no matter how bad the video is (20-30% retention MAX).

So my question is this I guess. How do you compete with these kind of channels doing (probably) fake giveaways? Feels like whatever they post they get shittons of views and
whatever we post it doesn't take off. Harder to find motivation when you're in that mindset so trying real hard to get out of it, focusing less on the competition and more on myself.
Spend a lot of time with title, description, keyword, the clickbaitiest thumbnail you can imagine (sadly that's what you have to do in my niche these days).

Considering focusing more on the reaction type videos that has been going on lately.
Heard you say somewhere that your channel is ranked for a specific genre? Does that mean that changing niche or having too many kinds of videos (funny, satisfying, scary) is considered bad?

Will keep posting and trying to put out good content but feels like we're in a dip right now.

Of course I don't consider 71k subs in 7 months bad but I have a lot higher goals :)

Thanks for your question, feel free to send me your channel to have a quick look and get a better idea of what could help you.

For what I'm reading, you have found success in the last seven months with some videos that blew up at some point and other than that, all your videos don't perform as well. As time goes, seems that every video you post you get less and fewer views compared to the time you were booming in your golden days.

Without having a look at your channel, I am assuming you are posting three type of videos that are completely different from each other. Not only they are different in style; I am assuming they differ in keywords. If that is the case, I know how it feels, I've been there!

You need to go back and see which are the videos that are driving the most views. Find out how you got your views: Did you get suggested? Are there search views? Arte there any google search views? Whatever you see here are indicators of what you should be targeting and producing.

So, yes! Your channel is filtered through many channels taking into consideration your SEO. Your SEO is the only way to tell youtube what your channel is all about. If you have all kind of content and your SEO is all over the place, meaning that it is not topic-specific, then you are giving youtube a hard time figuring out as to where and who to target.

When you get the wrong views, you start hurting your channel. What if today someone came to your channel because they liked one of you top 10 videos, but in 1 week he gets hit with a reaction video in which he missed or skipped because it is not what he likes? You just burned a subscriber. Therefore, youtube will push your content less and less to that one viewer. Imagine if this was the case for 50% of your total subscribers and the other non-subscribers that keep coming back to your channel from suggested/home page?

Hope that answers your questions :)

Feel free to send me a link a to you channel to have a better idea.

By what I am reading, you have found some success in some videos in the past. I am assuming that you are posting three different kinds of videos which are leading you to use different kind of keywords. At one point you were driving a lot of views, but as time passed by, your videos are not getting the same amount of views it used to when you channel was booming. I know the feeling, I've been there several times. What you are doing is burning subscribers by posting all kind of content and having your SEO all over the place. SEO is your only way to tell youtube what your channel is about if you ar not specific about what it is then Youtube is going to have a hard time figuring out who should they suggest your content to. What happens when you have one viewer who liked one of your TOP 10 videos, and then a week later you upload a Reaction Video? The same viewer could have missed or skipped your new video because they were not interested. All that is doing is telling YT is that one viewer is not interested in your content, nad the more the miss/skip, the less of your content YT will suggest to that viewer. Imagine if this was the case for most the viewers?

So, yes! Being niche specific is important because that is how YT determines what you are about and to which audience should they suggest your content to. What I would do in your place is to look at your analytics for your most viewed/trending videos on your channel. What type of videos are they? where are the views coming from? Are the views suggested? is it coming from the home page? Are there searches leading to this video? all this information will be indicators of what is working on your channel and that you should make more content similar in style and topic.

I hope that helps, and thanks for your question

    My question.
    1. What if you take movie reviews from popular sites and just voice them? Will copyright infringement be violated in this case?
    2. Can I use any pictures in my video? Or just free? Thank you.

    What can't be possible?

    1) Yes and no, you are infringing copyright no matter what, whether you get a strike or no is up to there copyright holders. It is not going to be detected automatically. what I would do I curate reviews that are out there and use it to make an original review then you can voice it.

    2) You can use stock pictures and video that are copyright-free or licensed.

With 700 Mega channels in use Mega uploads per day, your channel must be MTV or VIVO, Rihanna , Kim Kardashian, or some other VIP to really hit it. I note some idiotic channels getting Mega views. To me - it seems orchestrated. Keyword research, Follows, Likes, Comments, as well as Niche - there are Millions of niches, aren't the only reason a video gets viral.. Some take of - for no reasons, some guy in Uganda kicks it with 200 M views and reaps in 200 K per video - tell me how ? Who knows this guy in the West - Eddie Kenzo ? Others bring lots of videos of different genres - and never get to be known - other African guys - aheneghana - struggle for the rest of their life. Tell me where the trick is. Social media links back to videos you need Mega social mentions in order to rank. All is beyond most users reach. Rest dabbles and struggles. Whats your take, bro.
