I guess you have been through every YT trends analysis tool available on the market.
    Any piece of advice?

Also, some insights about VAs search and management for script/prod/postprod workflow?

    Keep the good work OP

Top of my last comment. Curious about your cost per vid, CPM, RPM, avg viewing time per vid.

Hello, do you have an advise on how to continue growing or investing resources into channel?
My channel recently got a small blessing from the youtube gods and started getting recommended. Not sure how to scale or reduce time it takes to make videos. Current put out 3 vids a week, any tips?

Well, my opinion is that this person is full of rubbish.

People need to be very vigilant on this site when it comes to these types of threads.

I am inclined not to believe a word you say. I have also read all your replies and there is absolutely zero information in them that would convince me you actually know anything about growing a viral YouTube channel.

Lets see you grow the channel you link to in your signature, its been a month and you have no videos, no social following absolutely sweet F , ALL.

If you were some YT guru and consultant then do you not want to advertise that part of your business if its genuine? Why keep it all so secretive?

If you want someone genuine then go and google or search on YouTube for Derral Eves.

You cnaa go to their website and red all their features. I have found use of this to find great kwds and topics to open new channels.

It varies upon video topic, lenght, and kwds.

    Self-promo and suggested views.

That is depending on what is your topic about, try breaking down your content even further, find ways to make them a lot more simplistic. Can you automatize most of the work? can you reuse some elements over and over across different videos? Can you find a way to repurpose your content?

I appreciate your opinion, and I wouldn't argue that since you don't know what I have done. If you had taken the time to read my past work, threads, and experience you might look at me with different eyes.

First of all, I run a network of multiple channels between daily and weekly uploads. I have three clients whose channels I manage. I run a production company of over 30 staff with a recent layoff due to low CPMs and companies boycotting Google. I do consultancy for the world's #1 MCN network (if you are lucky you can figure out which one it is) and I do consultancy calls thru Upwork.

As stated at the beginning of this thread, I do not intend to promote my website/channel not just yet. I wanted to offer FREE advice and clear out all misconceptions from what YT is. My SchooTube project is long term; I first need to build my brand before I go all out, I need to find time to work on it since I have something else far more important like making sure my family has food on the table and a roof where to live. Not only that, being responsible for a full-time staff that expects to get paid on time.

You may call me sadistic, but unless you have ever experienced any of the stress or workloads I currently stand for the past eight years of my career then I think is unfair from you to judge what I do or how I do it. Otherwise, you wouldn't be saying what you are saying. If I want to keep my channels or niches in private that is my call. You just like any other members I've met in this forum and everywhere else online, I want to keep my work to myself.

Once again, there is no secret formula to winning on youtube. If you can't work smart, you will not make it far anywhere online, period.

Everything I've shared so far is according to my countless hours of SEO and experimenting across multiple channels. While my knowledge is free atm, I expect people to take advantage of what I can share. You see, 80% of the people here are expecting someone to tell them how much views, likes and comments to inject in order to hit the front page when they couldn't any more wrong. If I am not right, then I guess my years in the game has been just a fluke.

Not really, but people are welcome to send me offers which I have received already. But I am opening myself to build myself as a brand in this area offering the opportunities for other to ask me questions regarding their concerns and what problems do they encounter when growing their youtube channels.

    Hi ,

Can you tell me why a music channel video is up and running well and a copy of the same video in terms of music is getting copyright issues from one of the artists. So why is the original video creator not getting the same?

    Thanks

I know your niche. It's gaming. I'm impressed by your earnings but I can't really tell if your content is genuine or copied.

A little bit off topic but I do think this question would be very important to beginners. What motivate you at the beginning phase? What gives you the motivation to work hard? Because I find it extremely hard for me to be productive (creating content, building website and do all the leg works), especially at this point since I hardly see any results and I am not pressured by money. It would be so awesome if you share your story on this matter. Thank you l0goz
