I have a client that owns a very successful SEO company and I am fortunate enough that he uses my Link directories to purchase featured links in bulk.

I have now grown to 30 link directories that are each on unique c class blocks which was a request from my client, I'm not going to argue with him as he gives me 100 featured links at $3 each every day.

I use a company called seohosting.com who are part of hostgator.com, don't get me wrong I think hostgator are the best if you own standard sites, but my directories have high traffic which is more than likely from bots submitting free links. I do not mind having free listings as this builds related content to my category pages.

Because of this high traffic I am getting an occasional 500 error on my directories which only happen on the submit page and this only happens at certain times during the day which just happens to be at a similar time that my client submits his sites. My client has now asked me to fix this problem.

So I head over to phplinkdirectory.com who is the company that I purchased the 30 directory scripts from, I told an admin my story and he recommends me to a company called hostdime.com, his exact word were "I know for a fact they will work with you and if you run into issues I do have some "high" level contacts They are good guys and 4 of the servers I run sit in their datacenter " I thought WOW an admin of phplinkdirectory.com recommended hostdime.com, I'm going to make some enquires.

So after talking to a guy at hostdime.com's live chat he told me that a dedicated server with 5000gb bandwidth would cost me $140 plus $2 per c class IP, so I decided to go ahead.

2 days later and my server was set up, but surprise surprise, my IP's that I had paid $2 each for were all on the same d class, these clowns assured me that I would be getting 30 different c class IP's. After another discussion with a senior member at hostdime.com they were not capable of supplying me with 30 different c class IP's and they could only refund me for the IP's and not the server that I had purchased.

Now this admin at phplinkdirectory.com is ignoring my forum posts and ignoring my PM's, so much for his "I have high level contacts" I guess he just wanted to make himself look big on the forum.

Knowing that I lost it in such a pathetic way really bugs me especially as I'm just getting this business started, every penny I earn is important as I have had real problems with cash this year.

Does anyone know of a reliable hosting company that offers dedicated servers with c class IP's, I should of known to ask in this forum first.

Anyway, I feel better getting that off my chest.

Have you thought bout just using a variety of shared hosting for VPS? That helps distribute C class IP and probably cheaper than $140 + $2/ip

It would be a bit frustrating trying to manage them all, but i guess it?s an option, thanks.

Aseohosting.com has a dedicated server with 2000gb bw, 40 c class ip?s for $389 per month, hope I don?t have to pay that. I want to know where they get there ip?s from.
