Here are some of the ways I managed to get my first sales on my logo design gig in just a few days after joining Zeerk.

#1 Go on forums where customers may be hanging out. Leave you link in the signature.

#2 Sign up for twitter, and find tweets wanting your service. Tweet them your link.

#3 Promote in Social groups. Promote in Facebook groups.

#4 Optimize your gigs for keywords! Find a keyword you think people will search and put in your title, tags, and description.

#5 Stand out. If your gig is unique and the only one of its kind on Zeerk, customers will have to pick you!

#6 Be patient. If it has been 14 days and you haven't gotten a sale, make some tweaks.

    What are your tips?

use fiverr besides/instead its clones, maybe more competition, but sure as hell a lot more buying power

Unfortunately on Fiverr my gig(s) is not visible due to a ton of competition :(

There's tons of documentation here on how to get your gigs ranked higher and generate more sales. Just do a quick search on the forum for Fiverr ;)

At Fiverr I made about $200 only..
    On Zeerk I did $650.
"Front page" ?? - I don't see any functional differences on Fiverr and on Zeerk. They are somewhat similar. At Fiverr even harder to find something because there are so many freelancers. A chance to pick up some work is minimal :-(

Here's my take: OP, you're either the owner of the site, or you're somehow affiliated with it, and I don't think you even made $600+ with this site, no one in their right mind would buy something off a clone site like this when they can get more choices on Fiverr.

The most popular design gig on that site has had one order. The rest of the front page has no reviews,no orders in queue.

At least you made $2 promoting it here on BHW.

Duffers5000, front page where?? I will not advertise their my gigs, but for example, this guy have many reviews and may be many orders (search gig name: "I will buy/rate 5* your song/podcast, album in iTunes" ) etc..

Yep found him. He appears to be the superstar of that site with his 7 reviews(from mostly one guy) and a whole one order in queue.

Web Graveyard is the term I'm reaching for here.

Okay, I think it is necessary to finish the thread, but I'll have to ask my commission on Zeerk :) ;-)
