How I do this?

I live outside US and want to promote some CPA offers that are for US only.

I can promote the offer and see the banners. But when I try to look the Sales page it redirects me and says that offer is not avalable in my area.

So my question is. How I can browse and pretend that I'm in US so I would see the sales page?

use a proxy... search google.. thers loads about, im on my laptop at moment so no links saved here.. il try post a few links later tonight!
