Maybe he's doing some saving to invest later idk
This is motivational. I love reading stuff like this because it drives me to do better myself.
Love how you family's supporting you in this venture. Not a lot of people can say that.
Congratulations! It clearly shows that there is more than digital stuff to make it happen.
Your post is very motivational. I've worked for others and for myself and there is no comparison. I started a carpet cleaning business and it was hard, physical work. But it was so much more satisfying because I was building a business for the future and the work was worth it.
I feel the same way with online businesses. It's not physically hard, but it's an emotional test. A test to see if you can stick with it and be one pointed in your focus. It's hard to stay motivated in the early days, but well worth it if you can stay with it and not be tempted by the shiny offers that flood the internet.
I think it's great that you've included your family in the business. It must give you a good feeling knowing you've helped your family prosper and be a part of your business and life. Congratulations.
This is definitely a problem in my culture.
I don't think he can tell you that as he's in Portugal.

Pretty good. Your motivational start when you discovered yourself
In which country you are doing the business?

Inspiring bro, keep it going!
That's really amazing to start from nothing and make something, but at the same time, I still find it hard to make my family working for me because I can't treat them as family members or friends anymore I have a belief that if you work with your family you have one thing to lose your family or your business! what you think about that and what is your advice for me?
I've put my family managing departments, they are not doing hard work, just doing the jobs I cant trust an outsider to do.
Great jobs and well done bro! Can I ask you, how are you managing to offer your services during the lockdown due to Covid 19?
I'm happy for you wish you a lot of success in your business
