If it's a long term project probably grow a subreddit something similar to r/Todayiwore along with a fashion blog . Promote your sub initially via reddit ads to get those initial members. keep the sub active by posting daily from various accounts in the initial days.
Not for short term at all.

Become a true member of related subreddits. Meaning you have to regularly participate and provide value. Then OCASSIONALLY after a long while you might be able to promote your clothing site or whatever.

Cross post to subreddits in your niche , watermark your posts in subreddit that not allow crosspost, mention your subreddit in comments

Do you offer anything unique in your clothing store? I'd start by offering something which is at least hard to find online. From there, you can craft content around the item, post it on Reddit in the form of a question, then respond with useful information in an answer in the comments. Add a link to the item directly in your comment, but make there's some meat to the "answer".
