Put ads on the site and monetize your traffic with impressions ad clicks!
6k a day is good traffic volume to start with. If AdSense is still not approved you - there's number of networks that can take you in while you waiting on them + I suggest not to put all eggs into one basket and monetize with few networks at a time.

    - google adsense
    - amazon affiliate
    - commission junction, etc.

also, you can sell publishing guest blogs on your blog, or backlinks or whatever ... 6k per day can be very lucrative, but it depends on blog type and audience ...

CPA is when you paid for action, CPM when you paid for views and CPC when you paid for clicks.
My favorite mix is CPM+CPC and I don't like CPA, but that's my personal approach and I know a lot of people who's doing good mixing all 3.
I just think that CPA can give a site wrong impression and affect views & clicks, also it may also badly affect SEO.

If you don't have Adsense, go for Media.net, the best alternative to Adsense

first off I would say it depends what country your traffic is from because if you're going to do an affiliate monetization you really need to know more about your visitors. Installing the Facebook Pixel could give you some more information or the Google analytics tool which show you what type of visitors you're receiving and from there on you can move to monetizing it.

adsense is usually the easiest way if you don't know anything about monetization because it will serve ads dependent on what type of user is coming to you but once you start getting more information about the users you can find an affiliate offer that pertains to them and gives you a higher commission.

    Best of luck!
