I think something similar has already been posted, but I just thought Id share my technique I use to build one of my Amazon review sites.

The main site is a simple review site in wordpress that generates 90% organic visits so I went to town on the SEO work at the beginning and got it to a stage where it ranked well for several long and short kwords.

So the next step I wanted to make the site bigger, it was only 25 pages, without spending loads of time doing so. In order to do this I did the following:

    Stage One:
    1. Set up a blogger website.
    2. Installed the following plug in on my wordpress site: Automatic Youtube Video Posts
    3. I set this up to auto publish posts to a category named *product name* news, one video per day.
    4. I used a popular channel on youtube with very regular videos in my niche (at very least one every 2 days)
    Stage Two:
    1. Set Up an ifttt.com account if you do not already have one.
    2. Feed your newly created category RSS in to blogger (to get your feed simply add /feed/ at then end of the url) and make sure you set a read more link at the bottom of the post back to the original link
    3. Set up a twitterfeed account if you do not already have one and feed data in same way to twitter...

This not only gives me small amounts of traffic, but it gets the pages ranked quickly bringing in more organic traffic still. I have not had any negative effects and have seen an increase in visits to my site since doing so.

    Its also very simple...

The above is just a mix of other ideas found on this form so thanks to you helpful lot!
