I'm trying to rank in position 1 or 2 at least the first page for this term: beach week.

    Thinks it's possible?

I don't currently have a site, but i want to create one.

I'm going to search the forum to find more info.

If you have to ask I'd say no it isn't :)

    What research have you done?

    1) How many competing pages?
    2) Strength of competition (PR,Back links to page, back links to domain etc)
    3) What experience do you have?

I'd search through this forum and look at posts on keyword analysis first then you'd have a good idea yourself before you ask the question? Also if it's a good niche you've now given it to many thosands of people :D

12k searches a month should be easy to rank if you know what you're doing. But as mentioned above, have you done the research? There are lots of techniques to follow that are mentioned here on BHW.

    1. buy the .co of your keyword
    2. do the onsite optimization yourself
    3. pay someone to do the off site stuff your you

Ok total honesty. I already own a domain and it's currently rank around 12 to 20 "jumps up and down".

Done a ton of keyword research, made it to number 8 then it disappeared don't know why. Done a ton of on page opt, but doubt i know what i'm doing.

Built about 660 back links "way more then any other site", but the domain is less then a year old but Renew to 2013.

Funny thing is I get way more traffic then all my Competitors "from Facebook and twitter where i have probably 20k shares, 1k likes, and i own 3 groups totaling about 15k people "with my links in the info, and i posted on a regular basis. but i still don't make it anywhere near the first page of google LOL.

I do dominate some long tail "i even dominate the number on long tail which most people search"

Being Number 1 on Google probably wouldn't help me traffic wise, cause i reach people before they hit Google, but i was just arguing with the owner of the site in number one, and he Brags "I'm number one even thought our alexa ranking are 1 million difference "mine being the lower".

Just wanted some advise from expert whether it was impossible to some how out rank him for the keyword, just so i can be like yeah In you Face!!! I even have some trades or can offer cash if someone could just point me in the right place "not some old plain, build links strategy, has to be more cause i dominate back links by far.".

I feel with time i will probably do it anyway, but i would love to do it before the summer season.

    Thanks, Guys

You haven't seen any .co ranking?

Search for xrumer in google. Then keep talking trash.

Its one of those things... PR means nothing compared to SERPs, and SERPs means nothing compared to Traffic.

I mean, you use PR to gain SERPs you use SERPs to gain traffic.
If you already have the traffic because 'organic' search traffic is low for competitors, does it really matter?
Out of the 2 sites yours would generate more $$

However, have you spied on your competitor?
Do you know how he got where he is?
Have you copied his backlinks? (from say blog comments if hes used them)?

Are you SURE your backlinks are '********' (well not nofollow) and have you used anchor text with your keywords for them?

Have you made sure these links have a decent PR? or at a minimum they arent lower than 0 (i.e PR:n/a)

Are you constantly updating your content on the homepage?
Just have a block of text thats something like a message, a sales notice, a news update etc and UPDATE it every WEEK.
Then keep posting links every week even if you dont intend to 'link build' purely so Google crawls them and follows it back to your site and then sees 'new content' - Mr G. loves fresh content ;)

    How old is his domain?
A domain gains authority as it ages, you could find your SERPs improve when your domain is approaching 2 years old.

Does his domain have the keywords in it?
    And does yours?

Onpage SEO, have u used your tags correctly (title, description, H1, H2, etc) and used your keywords a few times within the first couple of paragraphs on your homepage?

Have you included a sitemap/linked pages well?

    etc
    etc
    etc

If all else fails, I suggest you look at trying something like this (I havent tried it myself yet):
    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...168728-how-i-ranked-top-10-google-3-days.html

Then spend a small amount of dosh on some things like...

    The Baby Package from: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...links-linkpanda-com-linkbuilding-service.html

    AND

Either the $20 or $50 package from: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...73311-xrumer-blast-10-000-valid-profiles.html

If you really wanted to polish it off nicely, try something like Package 3 from: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ting-service-pr3-very-cheap-high-quality.html
(To make sure you got some PR ******** linkage + use your keywords as anchor text)

Dont go pinging every link, let them be found naturally.
Wait 2-3 months + it should all be good.

A tld is a tld, simple as that.
It only matters when trying to rank locally instead of globally (e.g. a .co domain wont be as easy to rank in Google.co.uk as a .co.uk domain would - bit doesnt mean its impossible)

    1. Yes
Xrumer, SEnuke, etc are the most popular BH tools

    2. Blackbike was (I believe) only making the point about a .co domain ranking though, rather than actually about xrumer. I havent looked, but assume the xrumer.co domain is doing well with Mr G.

I think that keyword is a little more difficult than you think. Your 660 links aren't nearly enough IMO. There are some well optimized sites ahead of you with some serious domain age. Don't even think of jumping into the top 5 before 5K links... and even then you'll need a good dose of some high PR links to kick things into gear.

Big deal! With milions of keywords you could use as an exemple you talk about xrumer. How many competitive keywords you see a .co ranking for?

.co, .me etc all suck. They don't have the exact match advantage .com, .net has.

Your example does not prove anything, F-OFF
