How hard do you try to avoid phpMyAdmin and that?

I've had to reset the administrative email of my website to try keep everything under one roof;

I read my post again after publishing, the question may be; what do I actually want to use the database to work on?...

I'm here looking at things like post type relationship tables, post type's themselves, categories and terms related, even the products side of things is much more digestible from this perspective...
