Just saw this job posted on the net, he sounds like a real nice guy....

Please take a look at WWW(dot)Lybahs(dot)Co(dot)UK

I require my website to be optimized on an on-going bases. My terms on paying for any service are simple: I only wish to pay for results. Results which are not just focusing on the traffic flow to the site or the back links created, but must include a mutually acceptable conversion rate! A good SEO/Optimizer is able to carry out many tasks and achieve great results statistically, however I am looking for someone who can actually ensure a rate of conversion. This can be done by bringing the right kind of traffic/user to my site at a time the traffic/user is looking for what I have to offer. You will be required to suggest KPI's which will be part of the contract once agreed. Any KPI's failed/missed will result in not being paid for that failed KPI. Poor results will lead to non payment on all KPI's.
I accept my requirements are challenging to say the least, however I am looking to work alongside a professional who has the knowledge to carry out the work required to ensure a high sales conversion rate.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Rule #2 of blackhat club

never reveal your keywords, not even to Obama

Maybe it's just me and the coffee hasn't kicked in yet, but what has that got to do with ranking for bed bugs?

So he wants you to drive the traffic to his site and then convert them as well ! some people are having trouble understanding what seo means.

he sells beds and stuff, just thought it could be funny to rank the guy for bed bugs seeing as he has no respect for the seo industry

Ha, that guy sounds like he would be an absolute nightmare to work with. 'Bed bugs' has high competition in the UK according to G Keyword Tool, so think it would take quite an effort to get it ranking high...what about other terms like "wet the bed" or "enuresis" - both low comp and also related to things you don't want to take place while in your bed...

may chuck a small blast at it for wet the bed. Could turn this into an seo case study...

If it were easy to rank, you can rest assured that NOW it will be EXTREMELY hard :D
