Really very eager to know this.
I just got 24% extra money to my paypal selling btc on paxful. I hope everything goes as fine in future, this is my first time trading on bitcoin. I hope there will be no charge back or dispute.
I asked the buyer how.
She said
It is because there is a contract that I am given to supply bitcoins to a certain organization's and they go with my rate as long as I don't run short of btx
Can anyone tell me the truth how is it possible.

Sounds kinda fishy to me. Generally PP and crypto exchanging is a big no no because of chargebacks and possibility of not so clean funds IMO. Did they sent it as f&f payment? Someone else might be able to answer this better for you

Offcourse paypal have a big no no to btc in there rule list just like Indian government rules off btc. If they came to know that a payment is involved in btc they won't take a second to ban the account.
I received pay as good services but there are also some guys providing fnf payment.

24% is just too much I feel, sound too good to be true usually means something else. I will be weary, maybe someone from paxful can advise? I'

I wish you the best of luck, but this scam has been around every since bitcoin got popular. I really hope that you don't run into any problems. E-Bay ran into this same thing (people selling contracts on their site), after so many Paypal charge backs they stopped. I was fortunate enough to get in early and had a set "Get out" price. Made a good chunk of change. Funny thing is I got out at $400.00 and was happy as could be, can't believe how high it went.

Only do FnF. Or if it is a high rank member on the exchange you can do goods and services but I would not deal anything with a large amount.

Chargebacks are a real possibility
