How good is investing in .me domains for flipping ? I mean if I book meaningful words and short domains with .me , can they be flipped easily ?

Every short domain like hosting.me, sex.me etc will be highly valued in 4~5 yrs. Right now, very few people are taking it seriously. Remember bitcoins?

I prefer .com ones so never really liked .me ones you’ll have to dig in a niche to see if it’ll be profitable because personally I would never buy .me domain

X2 worded names are nearly all gone, and long tail only things left with domain names of .com

I won't say that .com will always be the best. Definitely is right now. No argument from me.
However, I'd say that I have started seeing sites of legitimate businesses that use other extensions, specifically .io and such.
digital addresses are like physical addresses. It is an investment in property for the future.
Who knows where the world will take us. Is it a risk? Sure. Is .me better than other extensions? Sure. Is it as good as .com? no, but if you are buying smart, that may not matter.
I'd say if you are looking to diversify and have some cash to do it. Then do it. But don't flip immediately. Wait and sell later.
