    How good is Aweber?
    I want to set up a squeeze page and don't know what autoresponder to use. Something free would be awesome, but I doubt tht will happen..

    So my question is in regards towards Aweber
    It says $19 for 500 subscribers

    Does that mean 500 subscribers in TOTAL? Or 500 Subscribers in each category?:confused:

    Didn't want to make another thread but another question came up

    So let's say I got a site

    This is not my site, but something I took of from ClickBank.

    Then, lets say I make a site called www.kickassabs.com

    ... Can I make it so when people click on kickassabs.com or enter kickassabs.com in the search box, it'll go to that site, but right away redirect it to the site provided in quotes & if anyone buys something from that site, I will get paid from it.. since.. They went through my link before they got to there link

    I use Aweber and really like their service. And that 500 subscribers is 500 total.

    Yes, it is possible with either .htaccess, PHP, or Javascript to do what you're describing.

    Ouch,

    I totally thought that if it would be possible, the affiliates would of provide the code of somesort.. Grr...

    Shouldn't be hard though... Because I'm sure there are people who are either lazy to make the sales pages, or just don't know how... So all they want to do is redirect it to the original page, and if any sales are made.. They'll recieve the comission.

    Here's the PHP code to redirect

    Code:
    <?php

    /**
     * Place in a blank PHP page
     */

    // Change to the URL you want to redirect to
    $URL="hxxp://www example com";

    header ("Location: $URL");

    ?>

    endgame_media,

    Even though it redirects, does it still count it as it being under my affiliate link?

    Last thing I want is a person to go on my site, then me redirecting them right away to the offical site, them buying stuff from it and then me not getting paid because 'techniclly' there were on theer site, and not on ,ine:p

    It depends on how they track referring affiliates, but in most cases, it will count.

    So would it be 'wise' to first get lists made in Vertical Response for free, then when I have my first 500 people, only then I get a Aweber?

    I believe that they would have to opt-in/confirm again with Aweber before they'd be added to your subscriber list there.

    I occasionally import subscribers from elsewhere to my AWeber list and they still have to confirm before I can send them emails.

    *kisses teeth* .. Fack...

    Umm.. Okay, cool. Thanks a bunch.

    And as far as redirecting sites from my site right away to the affiliate site.. good idea? or something that I shouldn't bother with

    Stick with aweber. They need to confirm to import, as most do.
