I'm about to purchase 30 PBN so it will hosted on different registrar and hosting. Unique theme and etc etc. So, have anyone experience how long your PBN get de-indexed after you completely built it? Like how long after you built your PBN and google de-index it? And if the PBN is de-indexed, could you use it again in future?

If it's deindexed, don't use it again in the future. And there is no expiration date for PBNs. Google can deindex them, but that's not always the case. Stay under the radar and you will be fine.

In 4 years I have had 9% of my sites get deindexed. I do not know why. Unique hosting, handwritten content, premium themes.

First you have to purchase domains which are NOT used for PBN before, clean ones, and INDEXED as well!

Don't really build your PBN with the mindset of already planning to lose some. Sure, it may happen here and there, but try to build them as good as you can or outsource the building. There are a few guys on BHW who know what they are doing in this regard.

Are you confusing re-indexing and de-indexing here?

If you want to re-index an expired domain you should be able to do this in 24-48hrs no problem. If you've done what you can and it hasn't re-indexed in 7 days, then you might have a dud. Put the domain into Search Console and see if it has a manual penalty.

Also remember, just because your expired domain is now re-indexed doesn't mean you should link to your money site straight away. You should be testing them first.

Some people also say, once your PBN is built and indexed you should let it mature for a month before linking out. Google may have a re-index sandbox as Matt Diggity has noticed for more than a year! http://diggitymarketing.com/expired-domain-test/

If a domain is de-indexed, does their content get erased from Google? So that means you can just put it on another site and it's unique again?

No one knows if Google are maintaining an index of the content that is de-indexed from their main production index the public uses. (Did I lose you there?)

What people in the industry have been doing for a while is re-using / repurposing expired domain content for other sites. Lets remember half the web is based on duplicate content and even if your PBN got hit with Panda, it probably won't affect the link juice going to your money site.

Linking from sites right away can lower rankings.

There's no definite answer. But if you have quality PBN sites, it can minimize the risk of being deindexed faster. Also, if your PBN was deindexed, there's no reason to use it again.
