    Hi there,

    New to BHW

I have a real estate landing page which I need to rank about a week to pg1 before the launch of the project. Not much time I know!
Are there any services/methods/people that are recommended? Is this even possible?

You are wasting your time and money chasing PR!

PR has nothing to do with competition

It's not clear, what do you want?

1, Do you want to increase PR? It takes some time, you have to wait (approx 2 months) till the next PR update. You have to build high PR links to get a higher PR. But FYI, higher PR means nothing, it doesn't bring you more visitors, and doesn't bring your site to the first page.

2, Do you want to get your site on page one? In one week? :) Depends on your keyword... and what that "low competition" means. It may be possible but we can't tell you for sure of course.

If competition is low, ranking to page 1 shouldn't be very difficult. The question is.. do you want to stay there for long? Either you rank fast, not for long.. or you rank slow, but sustainably.

    Sorry guys, I mean Page 1. :)

I do not need to stay there long, probably only for around a month or 2? But I would definitely need to be up on page 1 within the next 7 days or lesser.

This is just a site to garner the initial interest of people interested in buying a condominium during a short period till end of jan next year.

we could make an interesting case study with your website.. spam the sh!t out of it and see if it gets to page 1 and how long it stays there. hehe! Or else, proper techniques take longer to implement and to show real results.. also, it depends on many things including how old is your website, how is your on page optimization, how your backlink profile is now, etc..
