I am doing some consulting for a small company that wants to promote one of their products through click bank, can someone please give me a quick run down of what the process is to do so?

From what I understand we create a landing page, and then the affiliates create pre-sale pages which link to the landing page, am I missing anything?

    Tri-Dimensional Importation
    Basically it works like this:

    1. You register your product or service and pay the fee
    2. You receive information on how everything works from CB side
    3. Create a small display ad that works (not affiliate oriented) this is what will be seen in the ads on all the sites promoting CB ads and CB Malls
    4. Create a sales letter to sell the items to your visitors
    5. Thank you page for when they purchase item (disguised)
    A. I would recommend you email them a link to download the
product. This will help keep BHW from "appropriating" OR
"liberating" the product to give to the masses. :usa:
    6. Affiliate page with resources your affiliates can use to promote the product or service and include a way for new affiliates to create their own "hop links" to your site
    7. You don't have to provide your affiliates with a landing page. They usually do that if they have hosting services. However, you can provide them with another type of page that will help them build their business and yours.

PM, I'll provide you with a better option than CB. I've just started using it for my membership sites. Was really happy with CB until recently and then they started having some "issues" and my affiliates were not getting paid.

    Hope this helps...

Great post Graxextreme! I was responding to this as well, but you said what I was going to say much better, and added some stuff I didn't think of. :p

Let me add some tips and tricks to try and help out as well.

CLickbank is really tough on your sales page. One of the main sticking points I have found from the products I have listed with them is the refund policy. They are extremely picky with your wording. So far I have found this to be satisfactory with every product I have come out with since, and thought I would share it. My refund policy reads as such:

" If you aren't absolutely thrilled with it for any reason (or for no reason at all) just let me know and I'll give you a full refund of your purchase price within 60 days, with no questions asked. "

They gave me nothing but hell with my original wording of my refund policy, even though I was saying I would refund your money in 60 days, they wanted it to be said in a certain fashion. So they key for me with all my products with them now has been the line " I'll give you a full refund within 60 days of your purchase price.." That has seemed to make them very happy, and since I have added that, I have had no issues with getting approved with any of my products.

I agree with Grafxetreme that they can have "issues" paying some of you affiliates, as well as other issues, but all-in-all, I have found them to be a pretty good solution.

I love the fact that since I am selling through them, I don't have to pay, nor collect sales tax for my items, and the instant affiliate army they possess is great! Plus I like that at the time of purchase, they split the money between you and your affiliate, and pay them for you, so there is no hassles there with 1099 forms, and the like (if you live inside the US anyways ;) )

Feel free to PM me with any questions you might have as well. Always glad to help. :D
