I just want to leave this here, because here are so many persons, that want to be spood-feed with methods that generate money. For me, it was also the first thought, when I saw this forum. I thought that you will be teached, step-by-step, how to earn money online. (Sadly) That's not how it works, you'll have to gather the information and try things on your own. I hope the most of you already know this.

My next thought was, that I wanna make money directly and fast. After some time, I already realised, that this won't be possible. In this thread I won't share a method with you, that will let you earn money in the first day, but you will be payed after some days.

There are so many informations about this method and you may wondering, why I am talking about it. The reason is, that I'm still a newbie. I tried out different things and I failed many times. Some work payed of, but not as fast and as efficiently as this method. I'm talking about fiverr and it's not as that bad nowadays as many people talk about it. It's simply THE BEST way to earn you first money on the internet and I can tell you this, because I tried it out myself, though I never thought it would work.

I tried out building a website with google adsene, which failed pretty hard. I started with instagram, tried out things with facebook and other stuff. Nothing worked out pretty well. I started dropshipping, which made me something about 20$, which was pretty awesome, but it took me much work. With fiverr, I had almost no setup time. I opened my account, created some gigs and went on a festival for 3 days. Not only because the festival was that good, I didn't really care about fiverr, but also because nobody reacted to my gigs on the first day. I allready thought that it was really that sh*t. After I was back at home, I saw 2 messages and 2 bought gigs in my fiverr account. I was really surprised. Right now, it's working out pretty well, here are my earnings:

It's not much. It's not an crucial income, but it's something, that shows you, that it works. I made around 20-25$ with almost no setup time, a little work and it was fun, because the gig I made, was something I like. Don't ask yourself questions like "Will somebody even buy my gig?" "Will the feedbacks be good on my gigs?" "Are there interested people in gigs like that?". You just need to ask you one question: "Where am I good at?". After answering that question on yourself, you'll just have to create the gig. Don't think about stupid questions, just set it up. It's free and doesn't take any time. The gig I made is not something, I'm THAT good at. The description in my fiverr profile is not that good. The description of the GIG isn't really awesome. BUT! the people buy it.. I got awesome feedback.. and I feel really good right now.

You may think that this is not much. But it is! It showed me that it works. It showed me, that you don't have to setup everthing perfectly to make it work. It showed me, that you have to give a f* about the opionion of others, that are too lazy to try it out on their on. 20$ - that's nothing! But for some people, it is! It can be scaled up! I didn't even do anything to get the people to buy my gig. I had zero feedbacks.. Imagine how this works when I get 100 feedback.. Find a work that will fits you. You don't have to be perfect at it. It just has to be work, that won't stress you while doing it, you should enjoy it a little. The best reward won't be the money. The best reward will be the messages from other people, saying that they enjoy your work and will work with you in the future. This is real success. And it doesn't matter, if it happens in fiverr, or anything else on the internet. Try it out. I'm pretty sure you won't regret it!

I never thought before, that it will work. I never thought I can do work on the internet, anybody would pay me for. Imagine, I would've followed those thoughts. I would still not know, that it truelly works...

You are dead on, hopefully this will become a sticky.

Keep trying new things, until you find something that works and make sure you can scale it.

write a e-book about how to fail and sell it on WF and make millions! or you could try sticking to one thing longer than a week, have some patience and work at it. Trying everything that comes along is not the way to go.
Find something you are interested in and stick to it, work at it and you'll be successful. Stop jumping from one thing to another, that's a sure way to fail.

Good start OP. I know I've said it a lot, but making money online is EASY, especially with Fiverr.

The reason so many people fail is because they believe all the WF-esque crap about earning a passive income with Adsense, or sites like Amazon.

They dive in head first, without any concern about quality, or how they actually plan on getting traffic.
They do a half arsed job building a crappy, blogspot site, filled with ads in every possible location, and 3 spun articles containing totally indecipherable gibberish, because Google likes all content, as long as it contains your keywords as many times as possible.
They spend their only $5 in the world on an Xrumer blast from Fiverr, and wonder why they haven't made any sales the next day.
They end up hearing the phrase "web 2.0" and assume this means their site needs more Facebook likes, and Google +1's. They spend a few more days with their Addmefast script, spamming as many likes to their site as possible.
Sometimes they hear the overused term "scale it up", after they do finally manage to somehow make a few cents online. They assume this means "do exactly the same crappy job 3 more times".

Finally, the noobs will come here and claim that IM is dead, and ask "how to make $1/day?".

My point is that you can't jump in to IM with half a plan. If your website looks like it took half an hour to make, you're probably going to fail. If you don't know exactly who you're targeting, or how you'll be earning your money, or if you're relying on some sort of luck or chance, you're probably going to fail.

The problem these days is traffic.. Anyone can work hard to create a product or landing page they truly care about. But without traffic all your efforts will amount to nothing. Before any project the first thing I would ask myself is this: how am I going to get traffic?

Personally, I do believe that it is a bad idea to have people spoon-fed on this field of making cash online. I will say that experience is the best teacher you can ever have. trying things your own way teaches you a lot of tips here and there which eventually makes you and experienced person. In the forum you will get several ideas that you will need to combine into a one workable method.
