How does this site dominate my niche

lolboost.net is a competitor site that has dominated our niche for a long time and I want to know how.

I want to know what I can do and how to emulate their success. I've been studying SEO for a bit, but I still can't seem to grasp exactly what it takes to succeed...anyone have any ideas? My last site:

eloboosts.com

was penalized by penguin in October 2013, and now has fallen to 150+ rank for all my keywords. I think over optimized my anchor texts :(. Anyone provide me some feedback and how to improve my new site?

When this happens there are only 3 reasons for this to happen:

- He is Smarter;
- He is Richer;
- He Works Harder;

My advice, work harder and smarter and you'll get richer :p
 
There should be admin/mod who can delete posts/threads of people who are outing their competitors.
 
Another post outing a website. Analyze your competitors links with Ahrefs to see their strategy. If not Ahrefs try scrapebox.
 
He has a lot of links, his domain is 6 years old. You have very few links and your domains is 1 year old.

What makes you think your site should out rank his?
 
He dominates your niche by properly learning to use GSA SER.
 
You shouldn't post websites like this. His website looks legit, professional and he is probably delivering a good service. May be you overdid the optimization. BTW if he has been dominating this niche for years he is already seen as the authority and it will be very difficult to outrank him.
 
How am I "outing" anyone. He's ranked 1st in every keyword and I don't know if he uses blackhat techniques or not. I just gave an example of a site that is successful and I want to learn how to do what he does as well

*he was unranked until last year - he suddenly shot up :/
