how does this guy gets so good backlinks?

hey guys i have a competitor in my niche and i notice i cant post coments on the pages he has a bakclink right from the article. most of his bakclinks are from sites that are in same niche and its not by commenting its realy in the articles. notice if u take a look somewhere on every backlink in article u are gonna find free backlinks and free abcklinks with link on them.

this is his site. check the backlinks and see what i am saying and why cant i post coments where he has backlinks posted.

He may pay the website owner to put them there
