how does forums like http://www.ware*z-bb.0rg and http://www.e*xbii.c0m earn money?

They have thousands of people every day posting in the forums and i want to know how does the owners get money from these forums..?

thanks for your answer.. well i think donations is the main option... But somehow i don't think it has nice profits even if you have 500K+ members.. How many of them will actually donate ? because they come to the forums to get free stuff....
