    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRUQQrm8_l3CVYxfq2kPMlg/videos

this guy posts 10 minute highlight videos of tons of nba games
isnt that a violation of NBA copyright laws?

    im just wondering
as im looking to posting content which would ostensibly be in violation of copyright laws

my only guess is that the nba allows it bc it increases their overall reach...or maybe they havent noticed yet?

Oh the great Ximo, I used to follow his older accounts for over a year but they were taken down and he had lots of subs. Also his largest channel 600,000 subs, was recently hacked month ago and now is run by hackers, change its name and they are monetizing it now. Kind of sad.

I notice Ximo always has new or backup accounts, and what is amazing is he quickly gains sub and view counts like the new account you linked Ximo Final. I think it because of people recognize his name, his social media even though its kinda small, the quality of vids, and the # of vids he pumps out daily is amazing. I really think it is a team of peeps. Mind you I notice lots of copycats of Ximo lately probably noticing the success he was having.

This new channel he doesn't monetize it seems and maybe the NBA feels its helping them I dont know, only guessing, but understand his older channels were taking down. So this new channel isn't safe either.

    yea its strange
i have to assume that the nba is aware of his channel
but it would be rare if they were to be like "well, we'l let let it slide bc he does a good job promoting us"
