I am trying to hire appointment setters through ODesk but I require Engilsh that sounds like someone from the us at least, and the abilitie to make calls to US numbers and still have your caller ID come up on the businesses daller ID as being a USA-based phone number.

What choices do I have for this service?

I think it's around 60$ a year plus connection fees for each call. Pretty much works like a US landline.
