I am thinking of buying a link on a directory site, with a searchable database organized by location. Searching is the only method of obtaining listings, and only location and category are available to use for the search query. A list of ten results are returned, and each site's link appears on the results page. Some listings have only phone numbers and no link, similar to the Yellow Pages website in that manner.

This site's homepage has a PR of 5, a PA/DA of 53/68, and a CF/TF of 51/48. How much of these statistics will be passed to the link for my site?

I was mainly concerned about the PA/DA and CF/TF, as I am already aware of how the PR is divided. Is there an equation for how these pass as well, or do these statistics remain the same across the site? How does Google see it? Thank you.

Since your link won't be on the homepage, you should ignore the metrics of the homepage and focus on the metrics of the subpage your link will pe placed on.

More than that, from your description this seems to be a non-contextual link. I'd be more carefully considering whether I wanted to pay money for that.
