Do you have a referral link or something? Just want to make sure you get credited for the sale. You can make your own proxies from a Raspberry Pi with a 4g dongle or even from a cheap vps. Of course, the proxies from a cheap vps are going to be datacenter proxies. I bought a BST called Proxy Know, and it was really interesting to learn about how most proxy sellers aren't being honest. Basically proxies cost more than $1 to make so anyone selling $1 proxies is likely reselling to multiple users.
I was able to make proxies from various cheap vps (<$2 each) and also from my home router. I'm trying to make them with a Raspberry Pi but I'm waiting on the 4g dongle to arrive. You can actually stack Raspberry Pi devices together and make a bank of 4g proxies. The ebook also has instructions for selling proxies. They have a free version but I got the $200 version. It was well worth for me, as someone who uses a lot of proxies. If you're interested in learning about proxies the free version might be good for you.
