How is it possible, they are located in USA! I understand they are not selling anything themselves, but they allow sales of counterfeit items, its illegal isn't it.

And they offer sales processing through STRIPE, i am so confused. How do they do that?

Same as eBay. People sell counterfeit items on there too.

Ultimately it will come down to them taking action against people. It's against their T&Cs, so I guess they will remove/ban people who sell counterfeit items.

they been doing that for years, obviously there is some loophole in the system. I could not find anything about fake brands in their terms of service.
