I still dont get it, im just curious and i wanna know, how does incentive traffic help advertisers? i mean to me incentive traffic is similar to fraudalent traffic where users fill in forms just to access the content of the site and they couldnt care less about the cpa offer. i would like to hear explanation from CPA site owners

Alot of these incent offers are for things like toolbar downloads where advertiser just wants to get their software on the user's (victim's) computer. Once on the computer the toolbar serves ads, collects data or whatever. The adcertiser doesn't care how the software gets in the computer they just want it there - hence incent.

That's my understanding of it anyway.

The user has subscribed to their e-mail spamming and now they can legally spam them (until they unsubscribe)

Download incentives is pretty self explanatory.
    Email incentives has 2 goals:
    - To get the users email in order to spam them.
    - To actually attract the visitor after they have submitted their email (generic offers such as ipad ones can often attract people after they've submitted their email)
