How Does Helium Work?

Do you get paid for every article? Or do you submit and only some get paid? Or do you get an offer for your article?

Can someone briefly explain this please?

i could be totally wrong but what i was told was that they create titles and like twenty people submit to those titles and whoevers article is determined to be the best out of those twenty gets all the revenue that all twenty of those people generate or something alone those lines. so they really try to encourage you to write only high quality content that will beat out everyone else. but like i said, ive never written for them and only heard this from someone else, so i could be completely wrong
