Im using wordpress and sometimes when i add a new content/post i change the date to an older date so that my old posts are still on the front page. Does G sees that as new content?

Date doesnt matter for new content. When Google crawls it, it indexes it as new content. No matter what date you put.

The date is not important, because if G didn't index it, i can't know when it was posted and surely just changing the date would be kinda too easy for webmaster to make g think their content is old.
