how does dayt.se host copyrighted videos on youtube and not get banned?

Hi, this movies/tvseries site has all videos on youtube. but still the videos dont get removed? why is it so? are they using unlisted videos? only people with link can view them, such videos dont get banned? or some sort of api?

I'm not gonna lie, i was afraid to click anything on that site because i wasn't sure what was an ad and what wasn't, and about your question, could be unlisted method, i had an unlisted video in one of my sites related to gaming hacks & cheats and it never was removed.

but whatever the swedish laws maybe, the video was on youtube, and youtube should have removed it???

Unless you say youtube with swedish accounts doesnt disable copyrighted videos.

at the first the website was named
G2G.FM

that is why they wrote : the many named site
for the moment it is blocked in the UK . i was watching movies and tv shows using that site actually

Actually, the site owner uploads the files on google drive which allows streaming of videos.

lol OP they are using Youtube player interface. The real file is hosted on Google Drive. I can name you many sites using Google drive or picasa to host copyrighted movies.
