    Hi - noob question here,

How does cloaking a link/ double meta refresh work - if they're even the same thing?

I'm talking about CloakedLink-com, in this case.

Ok, suppose I use it - I use the new link provided, instead of the actual link.

What does the referrer show as...direct navigation, the new link used, nothing, or something else?

Dobule meta refresher works by forcing a refresh on the web page, if necessaryu, in order to change a HTTP_REFERER variable seny by browser. It is used to mask traffic origin. Link cloacking is used to mask the link destination, in particular your affiliate link.

I could never get it going with IE though. Does it work for you with IE?

    Ok.

So If I use the 'double meta refresh' option on cloakedlink-com, it's virtually the same thing as using all that code here, on BHW, correct?

But what does the referrer say? If you use DMR.
    What's it listed as?

direct navigation, does it name that cloaked link, nothing, something else, ?
