Hey fellows,

Thanks to a friend who helped, I tried HR CTR views, and my video ranked very well for the Keywords I wished, but it didn't get suggested well!
I see it getting suggested but on 'unrelated ' videos!!!

People normally say that the history of views is very important here, but my tests on forcing the views to first watch 'related videos' in my niche then watch mine, it finally led to getting suggested mainly on unrelated videos!!! How it can happen! A video which is about education now is suggested on videos which are for Musics, gaming, etc!!!

It suffers me a lot that I am unable to get suggested on YouTube these days...
2 years ago or so, over 70-80% of my traffic came form YouTube suggested... Now it doesn't reach to even 1.5% and I am afraid that I am losing the game very badly:(:(!!!

I tried to empower my video with a lot of hope, but still struggling to fugue out how to get suggested, and my sole source of income is about to go to zero cause I lost a big part of my traffic. I am crying because I am unable to do anything here:(:(... Mates, I am lost and very frustrated actually...

Would you experts in the field please help and tell me what to do so that I get suggested well on related videos, not on unrelated ones please? What is my fault here if you know please?

Thanks a lot for any input...

are you using bots or just buying views from SMM panel?

Recommendations, after all, are mostly based on how viewers have viewed
and interacted with your videos in the past
. YouTube needs data to base
the recommendations on, and there's no data without people watching your videos

I am using unique views which come from a friend of mine... Since he is trying to make his views even better, that's why I asked him to do some tests on one of my videos. The video ranked very well soon, but I am not sure why I see such problem I mentioned in my first post here.

I know that for some videos, the majority of organic views come from YouTube suggested and recommended sections (Not YouTube search)... That's why I want to know if any expert in the field knows how to get traffic form YouTube suggested too please?
I still believe that the history of the views has a pivotal role here... But what is the exact formula here please if you know and believe in this "history" theory?

Thank you so much.

How many videos you have uploaded

How many videos you have uploaded

My channel has 13 videos in total... But I am sure the number of videos is not "the key" here in making videos get suggested buddy...

Can it be the engagement of views which carry history that makes videos get suggested?
Say a guy watches video A, then video B and engages with "both" of videos... This way YT receives a signal that those both videos must get suggested to each other?

Suggested views is tricky because it's based on search history and also watch history of the viewer.YouTube knows a viewer that watches Fox News also watches Sky News Australia because the viewer is a conservative Trump supporting American.

YouTube knows a viewer that watches unrealentgaming channel also watches Blackscape,Callmearj because Youtube knows this viewer is a Dragonball Series fanatic.

Suggested views is a audience based engine based on Youtube collecting data points on the viewer activity.

My 80 percent views come from search. 15 from browse features. Because i have very niche specific channel

Thanks for your reply mate...

I am wondering whats is the exact formula for this so that it effectively happen?

Also what time frame this YouTube considers for such activities of a single viewer?
Regarding the historical activities... Do they consider an activity that a guy does, say 2-3 days after watching Video A to affect it? Or they just consider say minutes of before-after video A to decide on its history?

Suggestions depend on CTR as well and retention after clicking on it.
Comments, likes, views must be as well.

Thanks for the reply...
I am afraid it is more than what you suggested above! Our tests confirm that I might be right here... I wish I was wrong.

I would say keep one or two seed keyword in your title from other big channels video of your niche.

I did some more tests with the help of my friend... I'll never go to details but it seems to me that "some" misleading info regarding YouTube are propagated here that are not totally valid!
If I want to be optimistic, I should say that such info are interpreted wrongly!

People always tell that YouTube works like this and that... But why nobody here can claim that they patched it effectively if they really know how it works?

I don't know, maybe It is me who thinking negatively these days!

It depends on two factors , ctr and warchtime.
Thanks for the inputs...

So do you mean that injecting just HR CTR views will make a video get suggested effectively among related videos?

If so, then I am glad that I am talking to YT staff here... Its nice to meet you. LOL (Just kidding mates. I hope you don't mind)...

If not, then what other factors come in to participate so that your video be among top 10s in the suggested section of a related video?

YouTube has rules that don't change. There is a law that goes viral and increases your exposure at any time, even if your metrics drop and your impressions stop.

Change your actual traffic to YouTube internal traffic, or at least implement an app redirect view.

If the number of inflows per hour of actual traffic is high, the number of impressions of the video is expanded. Here, if the CTR is maintained at 15%, it can create tens of millions of views. A derivative of this method is playlist spam.

Care to elaborate? You mean ctr is most important and playlist spam is the method to increase ctr?

No. In any way, if actual traffic is introduced, the number of impressions of the video will increase additionally. Keep your CTR high on additional impressions.
